Return Policy

As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections, with low quantities, and always providing staple and on trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, we don’t offer exchanges because in some cases we may not have your size left in stock so we offer Store credit! ❤️

Unworn and unwashed items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the date of delivery.  Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.
Paige Collective offers store credit only
There are no refunds of any kind.  We are confident you will find something else in our new collection if the item you purchased does not fit and you need to return for store credit.

A USPS return label can be provided upon request but a $7 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. You are welcome to use your own shipping to return your item and no deduction will be made. Returns can be sent to:

Once we receive your return, your store credit will be issued via E-gift card within 2-3 business days. 

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will usually ship on Monday (Party of one shipping dept. over here!). Please note there has been some shipping delays for popular styles so if there is a slight delay, we are waiting for an incoming shipment.
